In this month's edition, we ring in the new year with all manner of exciting announcements, with a special focus on our new TTC partnership and the new ECLC Teacher Action Research Fellowship, which we recently posted about here as well. Check out our newsletter for all recent ECLC news and notes, to see what we have been up to! Each month, Learning in Community brings current news highlights and resources from within the Essex County Learning Community (as well as the region) to our membership. The newsletter is archived monthly on our website. Please visit our "About Us/Newsletter" page to access our current newsletter edition and all past editions from 2019 through 2022. ![]() The ECLC Team As of January 2022, we are thrilled to welcome The Teacher Collaborative (TTC) to ECLC as our newest partner organization! TTC is a Massachusetts-based, non-profit community for PK-12 educators across the Commonwealth that offers free programming to help them connect, learn, innovate, and lead. TTC collaborates with ECLC in a multi-pronged partnership to provide various critical back-end administrative functions, including conferring professional development points (PDPs) for members of the learning community. In addition, TTC leads and facilitates the ECLC Teacher Action Research Fellowship program, which is currently accepting applications and will kick off on March 21, 2022! We are so excited to announce that we are currently recruiting from across our 15 ECLC member districts to join the ECLC Teacher Action Research Fellowship. The Fellowship is designed with ECLC district educators in mind to serve as a morale boost, a way to build meaningful, productive relationships with colleagues in Essex County, and a chance to refresh practice/ deepen leadership skills in challenging times. Educators from ECLC member districts can apply for the incoming 2022-2023 Class of ECLC Teacher Action Research Fellows soon! To receive an application when they become available, please feel free to contact Emily Wilson, ewilson[@]fullframecommunications.com and Diana Lebeaux, diana[@]theteachercollaborative.org.
